How to Order
- Like something you see? Want it? Send in your order to:
heartwear.shop[at]gmail.com
- When ordering, please include the following:
- Name
- Contact number
- Address
- Order (item code)
- Payment method
- Postage method
- Or; alternatively, fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
- When your order has been received and acknowledged, an invoice will be sent. Upon confirmation from you, HeartWear Vintage will proceed to send you the banking details.
- Postage costs will be borne by the buyer. For Pos Ekspres - RM4. For Pos Laju - RM 6 (1-2 pcs).
- For COD, please state preferred location. Locations are:
- Cyberjaya
- Putrajaya
- Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan
- Bank in/transfer the payment to HeartWear Vintage's account within 3 days after confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Once payment has been made, please notify Heartwear Vintage. Include these details:
- The bank through which you made the payment
- The total amount banked in/transferred.
- When payment has been confirmed, Heartwear Vintage will proceed to post your dress(es), and will email you the tracking number once posted. You can track your item's postage progress [HERE]
- Heartwear Vintage only post items on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore, plan accordingly. Exceptions can be made with extra charges.
- Patiently await the arrival of the latest addition to your vintage collection :)

Terms & Conditions
1. All dresses are unique and in one size/colour only. So hurry up! First come, first serve. Serious buyers only.
2. Reservation period is only 3 days. Payment must be made within this time. So don't miss out, and make haste, lest lose it to someone else; as we reserve the right to release it to someone else without prior notice. Reservation time may be negotiated under reasonable circumstances :)
3. Dresses sold are NOT exchangeable, returnable, nor refundable.
4. Note that the colours may slightly differ due to lighting conditions.
5. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer upon payment of the dress(es).
6. COD only available in Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, and Taman Equine, Sri Kembangan.
7. Emails/inquiries/orders will be replied to within 24 hours; otherwise, please resend.
